Guarantees and Warranties

All products on the White Knight Appliances website come with a either a full 12 or 24 month Manufacturers Guarantee (see table below). We recommend you register your guarantee upon receipt of your item. Your guarantee is an addition to your purchase and does not affect your statutory right. Your guarantee will come included in your product and is valid from the Delivery date. you will need to keep your original receipt as proof of purchase as this forms part of your guarantee.

 Guarantee Conditions

  • The guarantee is only applicable if  you have proof of purchase, we email receipts and keep a log on file for 1 year so even if you lose your receipt we can still find you if purchased from us.
  • The product must be used in the UK.
  • The product must be used in a normal domestic purpose. Please note, the products we sell are not for commercial use, or for use outside in outbuildings such as garages and out houses, or areas where the temperature falls below five degrees.
  • The guarantee does not cover or include accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or foreign objects.
  • The customer must not attempt to repair the product themselves. Any attempts will void the guarantee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU CALL

When calling the above service numbers you will be given a list of options. Select option 1 then hold the line until you are connected (please continue to listen after the first statement about retailers, you will be connected to an operative shortly after this).

Please have your serial number and model number ready as well as your original receipt as proof of purchase (this forms part of your guarantee). If you have lost your receipt and you did not buy from us, you may still be able to use your bank statement as proof of purchase.

FINDING A GAS SAFE ENGINEER (For appliances out of warranty)

Please use the gas safe register www.gassaferegister.co.uk to find an engineer in your area. Use the search bar to enter your postcode, selecting domestic in the left hand column. Then press “choose appliance”  and use the drop down menu to select “domestic tumble dryer”.
