PLEASE NOTE: If you have not purchased from us we cannot assist you. We are an independent retailer and not the manufacturer, please contact your retailer directly if you are having trouble with your warranty and you have not purchased from ourselves.

White Knight (bought during or after 2021) All White Knight and Hostess products purchased on the White Knight Appliances website come with either a full 12 or 24-month Manufacturers Guarantee. Your guarantee is an addition to your purchase and does not affect your statutory rights. Your guarantee will come included in your product and is automatically valid from the delivery date. You will need to keep your original receipt as proof of purchase as this forms part of your guarantee. For repairs please call 0333 577 0011.

English Electrical Refrigeration: Guarantees/warranty This product comes with a 2 year manufactures warranty. You can register your guarantee by calling  0333 7722381.

Thomas: Guarantees/warranty This product comes with a 2 year manufactures warranty. You do not need to register your guarantee but you do need to keep your receipt as proof of purchase. If your item develops a fault and is UNDER 30 DAYS old, please contact us directly either on our contact form or by emailing: sales@whiteknightdryers.co.uk. You will need to include your original order number in you email as well as a description of the issue and how it developed. If your product is over 30 days old please contact the repair agents (Atlas) directly using the information below:

  • The guarantee is only applicable if  you have proof of purchase, we email receipts and keep a log on file for 1 year so even if you lose your receipt we can still find you if purchased from us.
  • The product must be used in the UK.
  • The product must be used in a normal domestic purpose. Please note, the products we sell are not for commercial use, or for use outside in outbuildings such as garages and out houses, or areas where the temperature falls below five degrees.
  • The guarantee does not cover or include accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or foreign objects.
  • The customer must not attempt to repair the product themselves. Any attempts will void the guarantee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU CALL

When calling the above service numbers you will be given a list of options. Select option 1 then hold the line until you are connected (please continue to listen after the first statement about retailers, you will be connected to an operative shortly after this).

Please have your serial number and model number ready as well as your original receipt as proof of purchase (this forms part of your guarantee). If you have lost your receipt and you did not buy from us, you may still be able to use your bank statement as proof of purchase.

FINDING A GAS SAFE ENGINEER (For appliances out of warranty)

Please use the gas safe register www.gassaferegister.co.uk to find an engineer in your area. Use the search bar to enter your postcode, selecting domestic in the left hand column. Then press “choose appliance”  and use the drop down menu to select “domestic tumble dryer”.
