UK Mainland Delivery

White Knight Appliances offer delivery to the UK Mainland Only. We do not deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, or off shore islands, and other areas accessed by Boat or Ferry.

The cost of delivery is included in all the prices stated on the website. Surcharges may apply to some areas. Where a surcharge applies, you will be given the option to pay the surcharge or cancel your order. White Knight Appliances will not deliver outside of the UK Mainland.

Wherever possible, It is the intention of White Knight Appliances to deliver the following items in the timescales listed below.

  • Full Size Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Hostess Trolleys  3 – 7 working days. Delivery is 3-5 working days for Northern England and the Midlands from dispatch, 5- 7 working days for the South, 5-7 working days for Wales and 5-7 working days for Scotland and Scottish Highlands. This excludes Bank Holidays and Weekends. Deliveries may arrive sooner. Carriers will  Call or Text in advance on the number provided at checkout at least 24 hours prior to drop off to book your delivery, if you have any special requests please inform the carriers upon booking.
  • Spin Dryers, Side Servers, Hot Plates/Warmers and other small items  3 – 5 days. The carriers will not call prior to drop off. If you are out at the time of delivery a card will be left. Please call the number on the card  if you miss delivery to re-arrange delivery.
  • Compact Dryers   3 – 5  working days. The carriers will not call prior to drop off. If you are out at the time of delivery a card will be left. Please call the number on the card  if you miss delivery to re-arrange delivery.
  • Graded Compact Dryers. Delivery is the same as for full size tumble dryers, please see above.

Whilst our intention is to maintain these delivery timescales, sometimes this is out of our control. We offer approximates dates for delivery and shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by you, due to a delay in the delivery of the goods. Do not book any fitting of products prior to having the product in your possession. Services other than those offered by White Knight Appliances, cannot be reimbursed.

All deliveries are to a ground floor only – Carriers may not bring the item inside your property . Carriers are not insured to take any product inside a property, beyond the door threshold or up stairs. All products require a signature upon delivery. Please take time to check your goods carefully. By signing for the goods you are accepting responsibility for them, acknowledging they have been received and are in good condition. If you have any concerns over the condition of the goods you have received, write this on the delivery note prior to signing, or call our Sales Team on 01422 849707. White Knight Appliances will not be held liable for any damages, including marks, scratches and dents which have not been noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.

Canceled orders – If you cancel your order after dispatch you will be liable to pay a £45 return charge which will be deducted from your refund.

Where a delivery cannot be made within 30 days of purchase, providing reasonable attempts have been made by the customer to receive the goods, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
